I will write to you* here, because my blog in his deepest silence , talks to me more than you do.

an open end ?

I am supposed to be a filmmaker ...at least in a few years from now, after 3 or 4 shitty movies with a very personal story line that no one will understand but me. But that's not the point.

the point is this MYSTERY - very absurd perhaps, that has to do with forgetting every end to each and every movie I watch, will watch and had watched over the years.

Truth is I might not have a cinephile memory when it comes to titles, directors names and who directed what...but I do not confuse movies, actors or story lines - I can remember scenes as they are, parts of a script, an actress wardrobe, a slight move of hand....but never the END .

If I try to analyze it, I'll come to believe that: 

• perhaps it's an unconscious act that has to do with my taste / but facts guaranteed loving or hating the movie has nothing to do with it.
  
• perhaps it's a repression, an unconscious desire my imagination has when in lack of practice, so she (as in imagination) decides to play this little erase and try to reconstruct an end to the story.
• perhaps, I endorse open ends .
• or perhaps....I just happen to have a lame memory.

If you read this, help me out suggesting ...or simply vote for any of the above.

a second chance

A friend asked me a few days ago if I had a blog - I said - NO.

Was I in denial  ? I don't know ! I think I simply forgot about the October 1st.09 post about that comic book writer.

But again, "he" ,referring to that friend, insisted that I should have one - perhaps a shy attempt to tell me that I need to express more as he had lately witnessed some of my many frustrations.

So, long story short - I'm getting back - or I'm starting to blog - since I never really started and ceased to get back.

a comic book, only not that comic

So there is this girl - who draws..

well, she's supposed to be drawing and drawing only.

I say that because she's a graphic designer who feels the urge to express herself every now and then with a little comic strip.

Only one thing - repeating themes and over-criticism can get kind of dull at some point. So we GET IT , you don't like Lebanese girls with their french nail, highly pedicured, overmade up, trilingual chatters, shopaholics , whateverholic...etc.. - here 's the thing - we laughed with you at the beginning , but now, it's only a matter of time before it shows it's a coping problem you have and not a sense of humor - thin line.

Again, you need to DRAW more, and TALK less.

For me, if you write a lot, just like in the movie business, you get to be the dull screenwriter who never shows up in golden globes and whose name is easily forgotten after the closing credits scroll up.
